On August 13th and 14th, I will be speaking on the Consumer Showcase Stage at the Missouri State Fair. I will be presenting mini classes of Ultimate Couponing, Sensible Living, and Online/Retail Shopping.
The Public Information Specialist from the Missouri State Fair has contacted me and asked me to assist with a new type of press release. We would like to put together a full listing on how families on a tight budget can still enjoy the fair. I would like to add in some information and tips from my readers on how to cut costs of attending such an event.

I am already a fan of your Facebook page (or whatever it's called)
Whenever we have gone to any fair, we always take in all the "FREE" stuff. I enjoy walking thru the exhibits (and it's a good way to stay cool)
Another tip at any fair that we have been to with children is to buy a sheet of tickets and if small children need an adult to ride with them you can take turns riding with the small ones (and sometimes, but, not always, the attendant will even allow you to ride with the little ones for free or for half)When the tickets are gone, it's time to go home.
I am already following you on twitter, even tho I have been "slacking" lately.
I just sent out emails to several people requesting they follow us on Twitter and to read this blog.
I follow your blog and now follow your Twitter (Thanks to my Momma, Lavonne).
I am a fan on Facebook. When will you be at the fair?
I will be at the fair on August 13th and 14th, for mini presentations of all of the classes. I also hope to have copies of the book to distribute!
