Goody’s will become the first major retailer to close its doors in 2009. This will only affect certain regions, but I find it purely depressing. I discovered there was a store in Joplin about a month before it closed. It looks like the liquidations can start as early as Friday. All of you Rolla and West Plains girls better keep me posted!
