It seems that some are running into some errors while purchasing this product. Here are some tips:
- If it will not allow you to checkout, add another item to your cart. The subscription can be used as a filler to get free shipping on another item.
- If you do not need/want another item, still add it to your cart. At the final confirmation screen, you will be able to remove the other item from your cart and your order should go through without error.
- If you are ordering this as a gift, it seems that once you change the shipping address, an error occurs. In order to combat this, click on ‘your account’ and ‘manage address book’. When in your address book, add the new shipping address and set it as the default. You should then be able to checkout (you may have to still use the above tips).
