Walgreens is a pharmacy chain located throughout the United States. While some might find their everyday prices more expensive than other stores, Walgreens is a couponers dream. They offer some great sale prices, along with some good everyday prices that you might never think to find in a pharmacy.
Walgreens is also a very coupon friendly store. The cashiers and managers are more than happy to assist you in finding items and making your deals work.

Coupons
Walgreens offers store coupons in their ad and also in a monthly savings booklet (located in-store, next to ads). You may combine a store coupon with a manufacturer’s coupon.
For more information, print and read through the official ‘Walgreens Coupon Policy‘. Keep this policy with your coupons in case you have any questions while in-store.
Walgreens ads run from Sunday through Saturday. To see the weekly ad, click here.
Register Rewards
Certain items will print a ‘Register Reward’ upon checkout. These items are clearly labeled in the weekly ad. A Register Reward (abbreviated as RR) is a coupon that is redeemable on any purchase in the store (some exclusions may apply). It must be used on a future transaction.
A Register Reward will not print if you purchase the same item you received the RR from. For example, if Chapstick is $2 and you receive a $2 RR, you can buy more Chapstick, but you will not receive another RR.
However, you may use the $2 RR that was generated by purchasing Chapstick to purchase a different item that is generating a RR (look for one printing the same value). You may use the Chapstick RR to purchase that item, and then use the RR that the second item generates to purchase more Chapstick. There is no limit to the amount of times this will work.
