I’ve got to give a shout out to the Steak and Shake on South Campbell in Springfield, Missouri. I’ve never been a fan of Steak and Shake, but we’ve had several opportunities to eat there this week with my grandmother being in the hospital. Steak and Shake is right around the corner and the $4 meals make it very affordable. While in there, we’ve had the most amazing service I think we’ve ever experienced. The food has been delicious, the waiters/waitresses have been super friendly, and the establishment is immaculate.

When our family of four can eat for less than $15, it’s a pretty good deal. They offer $1 sweet teas, all day every day. They also have 1/2 price drinks and shakes from 2-4 am AND pm on weekdays. Shakes are $3.49 each, regular price, so they are only $1.75 during Happy Hour.

Sonic also has a Happy Hour with half price drinks and slushes from 2-4 pm every day.

Long John Silver’s offers half price IceFlow Lemonade or Strawberry Lemonade from 2:00-5:00 p.m. daily. These are just 75¢ between these times.
