I think I’m going to love having this extra Saturday to prepare for Christmas. It seems that if Christmas falls earlier in the week, I never get time to do the fun stuff. The kids and I will start some baking tomorrow- and I’d like to try a few new things.
We normally make:
- Peanut Butter Balls
- Pizelles
- Skillet Cookies
- Mexican Wedding Cakes
- Fudge (the old fashioned kind)
- Sugar Cookies
I saw some neat recipes on the Today Show this morning- I thought the Struffoli with Honey looked very interesting.
