If you’ve followed some of my cooking expeditions, Christy Jordan is probably a familiar name. She has run the blog Southern Plate for quite some time, and it’s been a tremendous help for this Midwestern Girl to feed her Southern Boy. Christy’s book was released last week and already stands a chance at making the New York Times Best Seller List this week!

I’m not sure what impresses me more with Christy, her attitude or her drive. She has taken a tiny little blog and turned it into a mega success. She was recently featured in Southern Living magazine, along with many other places. She maintains a great attitude and loves everyone she comes across. Her heart is huge!
